Syringa Lab Supplies only accepts returns with an RMA (return merchandise authorization) being issued.
All of our products come with a 30-day return policy (from the day of receipt) unless otherwise noted in the item description.
The RMA Process
RMAs for defects or misrepresented items, a call tag will be issued with our shipper.
For all other RMAs, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
Items returned must be in the original condition it was received - including boxes, manuals, packaging, accessories, etc. The package must be insured and packed appropriately to ensure a safe return.
Your RMA will be inspected when received, and you will be notified if there are any discrepancies.
The Refund Process
For RMAs requested within the 30-day return policy, you will be offered a refund via the original purchase method, store credit, or exchange (if we have a suitable replacement item available).
We reserve the right to refuse RMAs requested after the 30-day return policy, but we may offer store credit as a courtesy at our discretion.
Refunds for reasons other than defects or misrepresentation may incur a 15% restocking fee, and the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For items New and/or in original sealed packaging, you MUST contact us before opening/breaking a seal if you intend on returning the item.
Refunds for misrepresentations or defects will be refunded in full.
