What are your shipping cut-off times?

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Mountain Time on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.

Can you ship using my account?

We're sorry, but we cannot ship using buyer or third-party accounts at this time. However, we can arrange for a pickup or "call" tag with prior approval. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like more information.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and may ask for photos of the damaged items to assist with our claim process.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

What carriers do you use?

We strive to provide you with the best shipping experience possible. We work with UPS and USPS to ensure timely and reliable delivery of your items.

Do you ship express/overnight?

We offer express and overnight shipping for most items in our inventory, but some larger or hazardous items may have restrictions. Express and overnight delivery costs depend on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. Please feel free to contact us so we can help you figure out the best way to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How long does it take for you to process my order?

Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped the same day if placed by 1:00 PM MT on business days. Weekend or holiday orders are typically processed on the next business day. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. In the unlikely event of a delay, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible if the order has already been processed.
